Breakfast
Breakfast inclusion is subject to the selected room package. Certain room rates include a buffet breakfast for two (2) adults, while others are offered on a Room Only basis, without breakfast.
Guests are advised to review the specific inclusions of their selected rate prior to booking.

Children aged 7 years and below are entitled to complimentary breakfast when accompanied by paying adults. For children aged 8 to 11 years, a 50% charge of the adult buffet rate per child will apply, payable directly at the restaurant.

Deposit
A deposit of IDR 250,000 per room is required during the stay for additional expenses beyond room charges. This security deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

General Policies

In accordance with government regulations, all transactions shall be made in IDR

(Indonesian Rupiah).

A valid identity card must be presented at check-in.
It is prohibited to bring explosives, flammable items, weapons, drugs, durians, and pets into the hotel.
Actions that are against the law or cause disturbances to the hotel are strictly forbidden.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room. It is only permitted in designated smoking areas such as the terrace or balcony.
